Every member completes identity verification before they can book a meeting — so by the time you’re confirming a table, you already know you’re meeting a verified person.
Take a moment to review the other person’s profile and shared interests beforehand, and consider letting a friend or family member know your plans — where you’re headed and roughly when you’ll be back.

Meetings only ever happen at public, verified partner cafés during their normal open hours — never a private address. Stay in the public area of the café for the full conversation.
You’re free to end a meeting at any point, for any reason. A good conversation doesn’t require staying somewhere you’d rather not be.

Reporting is quick, and we follow up
If anything about a meeting or a member feels off, use the in-app report option. Every report is reviewed by our team, and we take action according to our community guidelines — including removing members who violate them.

Be honest in your profile, show up when you book a meeting, treat every conversation with respect, and never use CafeConnects for anything other than meaningful, real-world connection. Members who violate these expectations may be removed from the platform.
